At ModenicaStore.com, we ensure every product is carefully checked, packed, and shipped with quality standards.
However, if a product reaches you damaged or defective, we are here to help.


1. Return Policy

We follow a No Return Policy, except in cases where:

  • The item received is damaged,

  • The item received is defective,

  • The item received is wrong, different from what you ordered.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Size issues

  • Color differences due to screen display

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong order placed by the customer

This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.


2. Eligibility for Replacement

You are eligible for a free replacement if:

  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You provide clear photos and/or video of the damaged or defective product

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Once verified, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only if the replacement is not available.

Refund will be processed to:

  • Original payment method (UPI, card, wallet), or

  • Discount Coupon, if preferred (Validity of coupon will be 120 Days after issued.)

Refunds typically reflect as credit within 5–7 working days depending on your bank/payment gateway.


4. How to Raise a Complaint

To report a damaged or wrong product:

  1. Email us at Support@modenicastore.com

  2. Include your Order ID

  3. Attach photos/videos clearly showing the issue

Our support team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.


5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless damaged:

  • Printed T-shirts

  • Hoodies

  • Sweatshirts

  • Personalized gift items

  • Sale/discounted products


6. Shipping for Replacement

If your complaint is approved:

  • Replacement shipping is 100% free

  • You may be asked to return the damaged product or share evidence depending on the case.

  • Replaced products will be delivered within 5-7 working days.
