1. What products do you sell on ModenicaStore.com?

We offer premium-quality printed T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and everyday tees for men, women, unisex styles, and kids. Our designs are modern, comfortable, and perfect for daily wear or gifting.

2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We follow a No Return / No Exchange policy. Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect when delivered. In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos for verification.

3. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us at support@modenicastore.com or WhatsApp us on +91 93303 46593  with your order ID and clear photos/videos of the issue. After verification, we will send a free replacement or process a refund if the item is unavailable.

4. How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 4–7 working days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer. You will receive tracking updates as soon as your order is shipped.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallet payments through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment details.

6. Are the colors and sizes accurate?

We try our best to display accurate colors and provide detailed size charts. However, slight color variations may occur due to screen settings, and sizes may vary by 1–2 cm due to manufacturing differences. Always check the size chart before ordering.
